In 2019, BH Realty Group was founded on the belief that they can provide a better quality of service to its diverse list of clients as compared to its competitors. We are a boutique residential real estate brokerage that specializes in residential landlord representation, exclusive based leasing, sales, marketing, and multifamily redevelopment consultation.

With a combination of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, our founders and team pride ourselves on cultivating relationships with our clients that will result in both long standing personal and professional bonds over time. Having offices in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, enables us to service all of our clients' real estate needs. Although we are boutique, we have the same level of passion and determination like any other large corporate brokerage. We are a dedicated and ambitious group who care and have the ability to invest our time into each project and property as if it was our own.

As native New Yorkers, we understand the idea of renting, buying, selling, owning, or even renovating real estate, is an emotional process. Leadership Team

Jordan Steiner – President, Co-Founder

Jordan initially started his real estate career by interning in the Queens office at Massey Knakal for one of the top performing investment sales teams. Here is where he learned the nuances of the real estate sales industry and how to navigate deals and manage client expectations.

Licensed in 2012, Jordan joined Bold New York, a boutique residential real estate firm. At Bold, he focused on solidifying relationships with brokers, landlords and developers throughout NYC allowing him to understand and cater to his clients' specific needs. His extensive knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market has given him the tools to successfully represent first time renters, buyers, and sellers, as well as experienced ones. His real estate resume enables him to provide detailed market analysis, pricing reports and advice on property redevelopment. Jordan has spearheaded projects for over 100 landlords in the NYC area ranging from 6 units to 250+ unit multi- family buildings. In 2018 Jordan also won the StreetEasy Rental Agent of the Year.

After a successful and memorable career at Bold, Jordan decided to take the next step in his career and use his experience to partner with and co-found BH Realty Group with Max Maleh. Together their synergy and partnership make up a dynamic team where they believe they can elevate their company and help make the intricacies of real estate for their clients a much more seamless process.

Max Maleh – CEO and Founder

While studying at NYU to obtain a business degree, Max Maleh started his real estate career at the age of 18 with Fountain Realty as an investment sales broker. At Fountain, he gained an invaluable knowledge about the overall real estate market, how to run a brokerage, sales skills and more specifically, how a residential building operates. He was intrigued by the day-to-day operations of owning a building, and this would later fuel his desire to start purchasing real estate himself. Max wanted to learn another aspect of the industry and decided to join HKS Real Estate Advisors to learn about mortgages.

After a few years of being in the real estate industry, and learning the many different businesses within, he decided it was time for him to take his entrepreneurial skills and start his own company. Max opened BH Realty Group in 2019 and named the company after his beloved and influential grandmother, Barbara Harari. One of BH's first clients was Conway Capital, a multi-family owner/operator of 35+ buildings throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

In January 2021, Max met Jordan through mutual connections and decided partner with him to grow BH Realty Group. Max was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, but now calls downtown Manhattan his home. He enjoys playing basketball, traveling, spending time with family and exploring the ever-changing neighborhoods throughout the city.
